Returns/Exchanges for United States
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the package's delivery date if you live in the United States.
We can process a refund anytime, within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns/Exchanges for International Orders
There are no returns or exchange offers available. Products are sold new and as is.
Return Process
To start a return, you can submit a request by contacting us through the following:

In your request, please be sure to provide your name, order number, and the pieces you would like to return. Once you notify us, we will send you the return shipping slip. Print the slip and pop the item back in the mail. We'll process your refund after the package is mailed out! This is at NO cost to you.
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until shipped. You must contact us right away. Once the tracking number has been provided, you will have to start the return process.
Refunds
We can process a refund anytime, within 30 days of the delivery date. Please remember it can take up to 30 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. (Typical refunds take 3-7 business days)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for a replacement.
Lost Items
From time to time, packages are lost in the mail and it sucks. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us to begin an investigation.
If for whatever reason, you fail to receive your package all together- we will issue a replacement. In the event a new item cannot be shipped, a refund will be offered.
